The School of Journalism at Luiss Guido Carli University organizes an Executive Course in Journalism and Multimedia Information directed by Alessandro De Angelis, offering a program designed to train professionals ready to face the new challenges of journalism, information, and multimedia communication. Through interactive and practical lessons, you will have the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to master new technologies and analytical tools in the field of information and communication. You will explore the latest digital trends and learn to use the most modern tools and platforms for creating and disseminating engaging multimedia content.

The course objectives include training in multimedia storytelling, journalistic ethics, and strategic communication, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms of information and media, including their interaction with and impact on society. It enables the development of skills in political journalism and writing for digital publication. Participants will develop analytical abilities in source research and the capacity to detect misinformation and political propaganda. They will gain an understanding of the ethical principles of journalism and digital information, delve into issues related to privacy, data security, and press freedom, and study the most advanced strategies for influencing public opinion and managing corporate reputation. With the support of experts, teachers, and industry professionals, they will explore the most effective tactics to guide debate, create engaging narratives, and build strong relationships with the audience.

Participants will be part of the Luiss alumni network, which offers the opportunity to connect with former students. This valuable network facilitates the expansion of professional connections, mentoring, and discovering collaboration opportunities, as well as participation in exclusive events, workshops, seminars, and conferences covering a wide range of topics, such as the latest trends in the industry, skills required by the job market, and entrepreneurship. Among the instructors are Alessandro De Angelis, coordinator of the Master’s program; Monica Maggioni, Director and former President of Rai; Corrado Formigli, host of Piazzapulita; Gianni Riotta, director of the Luiss Master in Journalism; Giorgia Cardinaletti, journalist at TG1; Simona Sala, director of Rai Radio 2; Andrea Salerno, director of La7; and Maurizio Molinari, director of *la Repubblica*.
