The special ‘Generazione Pianeta’ involved the editorial staff of the Luiss Guido Carli Master’s Degree Course in Journalism (2023-2025), committed to reporting on 30 leading figures in the field of Italian environmentalism and energy transition. The project, realised in collaboration with La Stampa, was born within the Master’s course in environmental journalism by Nicolas Lo Zito, with the aim of delving into crucial topics such as sustainability, renewable energy and the fight against climate change. The students had the opportunity to meet and report on different protagonists: activists, innovators, scientists and politicians on the front line of the energy transition and environmental protection. Each profile highlighted personal and professional stories, addressing challenges such as protecting the land, developing new green technologies and adopting more sustainable energy policies.
