Full professor of Law of Elective Assemblies (IUS09-Public Law Institutions) at LUISS Guido Carli, where he also teaches Public Law and Constitutional Law 1.

He holds a Jean Monnet Chair (2018-2021) on “Understanding European Representative Democracy”.

Director of the Centre for Parliamentary Studies (CESP) and of the Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the Department of Political Science.

Within the Luiss School of Government, he is (since 2007) the second level Master in Parliament and Public Policy
