He was the head of Foreign Policy from 1996 to 2010, and served as Venezuela’s Minister of Tourism and Industry and Executive Director of the World Bank. Internationally renowned writer and journalist, his latest volume is The End of Power. Naim is founder and president of the Group of Fifty, and a board member of the National Endowment for Democracy, Population Action International and the Open Society Foundations. Also participates in the Council on Foreign Relations, the Atlantic Council, the Inter-American Dialogue and the World Economic Forum.
