He conducted the 2017 edition of the Strega Prize (Raitre). Member of the “Committee of Wise Men” on Europe established by the Presidency of the Chamber (2017) and member of the jury of the Jo Cox Award for Studies on Europe. He wrote the essay Europa Anno Zero – Il ritorno dei Nazionalismi (Marsilio, 2015). For TV he has made reports for Annozero (Raidue) and Piazzapulita (La7). He has worked for Skytg24 (news and nightline Controcorrente). He started as a newspaper journalist working with Il Tirreno and Affari&Finanza (La Repubblica).
