She took her first steps in journalism with the daily newspaper L’Unione Sarda while studying Literature at the University of Cagliari. She worked for years in local newspapers and radio stations before graduating. In 1999 she moved to Rome, where she began collaborating with Il Giornale and with Radio24 Il Sole 24 Ore. She obtained a scholarship for the Luiss School of Journalism. She began working for Il Giornale Radio Rai, then at the Economy editorial team of Tg1. Always for Tg1, she mainly dealt with news, society, free time, foreign affairs.
