Costanza Sciubba Caniglia is a journalist and researcher specialized at Harvard on misinformation and disinformation. She is affiliated with the Shorenstein Center for Media, Politics and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she co-founded the academic journal HKS Misinformation Review and earned a Master in Public Administration. She is the Director and Founder of the Institute of Digital Geopolitics, a think tank active on issues of governance in the digital age. She is currently working on Wikipedia’s anti-disinformation strategy, for the Wikimedia Foundation and has launched a project on disinformation operations in Italy in collaboration with LUISS Guido Carli, with a contribution from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She worked for many years at the United Nations in New York, as a correspondent, public information officer, and in the communication of the Permanent Representation of Italy to the UN during its mandate at the Security Council. He writes and consults on misinformation and disinformation and his work has been presented at universities including Harvard, Columbia, LUISS, Michigan University and in the media including CNN, The Washington Post, La Stampa, and RSI News.
