Born in 1968, he graduated in Political Science, majoring in political economy, at La Sapienza University of Rome.
From 1995 to 2001 he worked in the press office of Telecom Italia where he followed product, institutional and financial communication. He was particularly involved in M&A activities, regulatory activities related to the liberalization of the telecommunications market and the privatization of the Telecom Group.
In 2001 he moved to Atlanet, a telecommunications company owned by the Spanish Telefonica, Fiat and Acea, as head of media relations.
In 2002 he returned to Telecom Italia as head of the press office of the domestic wireline business unit.
Since July 2006 he has been responsible for media relations for the Telecom Italia group and the Pirelli press office.
In 2010 he was appointed Director of Corporate Communication and Media Relations of the Pirelli Group, where over the years he acquired increasing responsibilities, coordinating activities and structures both at national and international level.
He is currently Senior Vice President Communication and Brand image with responsibility for managing and coordinating communications and consumer marketing activities worldwide.
He is a member of the board of directors of Pirelli Hangar Bicocca and HB Servizi.
He holds lectures and seminars at various universities on topics related to communication.
